Bookings and cancellation policy

A £25 deposit is needed to confirm your booking. This is refundable if 48 hours notice of change or cancellation is given, since otherwise I have to pay for the time slot that I have reserved for you. Deposit payment can be made by cash, cheque or most major cards. The debit from your account will say SILVERPAY.

Payment for treatment may be made by cash, cheque or card. However, card payments for treatments are liable to a 5% surcharge. No surcharge will be made on £25 deposit payment.
